Opportunities to build our faith include the Sunday morning classes that are available for both adults and children/youth. Classes for the fall will begin on Sunday, September 20, 2009, following the regular church service.  The adult class will use the text The Mighty Acts of God, by Arnold B. Rhodes (revised edition) for the full year, and you’ll say “I can’t believe I read the whole thing” when you’re finished. We will study the New Testament, using the text as a guide. Joe Coalter will be the primary class leader; Ross Wright, Scott Simmons, David Boelzner, Barbara Kelley and Harriet Henderson Coalter will also lead the class.  Copies of the book are available from Eleanor Bradford.

The Good Shepherd Youth Ministry motto, "Ministry to Youth and Ministry by Youth" reflects the Parish motto "To Know Christ" and To Make Him Known.  The church staff and adult volunteers minister to youth through Sunday school and Youth Group activities.  They also help our youth minister to one another and to the church, school and greater Richmond communities.
